Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has been delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we will send a return shipping label if applicable, as well as instructions on how and where to send your piece back. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges for Preference.

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item because it wasn’t quite what you had hoped for, customers are responsible for all return shipping and any additional shipping costs for exchanges. Refunds for these returns will be issued to your original payment method. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once the issue is confirmed, and evaluated by our staff we will provide a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

 

Refunds.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
